3. Consultation Policy

When booking consultations with Bid Consultancy, the following rules apply:

  • Refunds:

    • A 50% refund will be issued for appointments cancelled at least 2 days in advance.

    • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the appointment are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled once at no cost.

    • Failure to attend without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Rescheduling:

    • You may reschedule once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Requests within 24 hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Technical Issues:

    • If our systems cause a session to fail, a reschedule will be offered.

    • If issues occur on your side, you must inform us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

4. Terms of Sale

This Privacy Policy incorporates our Terms of Sale, which govern purchases made on our website:

  • Products and Services:

    • E-books: Delivered electronically; no physical shipping.

    • Webinars: Delivered online via Zoom.

    • In-Person Training: Held at designated venues and dates.

  • Payments:

    • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

    • Payments are processed securely via PayFast and Payflex.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:

    • E-books: Non-refundable unless duplicate purchases or access failures occur.

    • Webinars/In-Person Training:

      • 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the event.

      • No refund for cancellations within 7 days, though a credit may be offered for a future session.

      • No refunds or credits for no-shows.

    • Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event we cancel, a full refund or transfer will be provided.

  • Event Attendance & Conduct:

    • You are responsible for having the required technology for online events.

    • For in-person training, travel and accommodation are your responsibility.

    • We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

  • Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability:

    • All services, e-books, and training are provided for educational purposes only.

    • We do not guarantee specific business results.

    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bid Consultancy is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with:

  • Service Providers (e.g., payment processors, IT support, analytics).

  • Legal Authorities, when required by law or regulation.
